Lasagna


8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
2 clove garlic, crushed
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts. pepper
1 can mushrooms (save juice)
1 1/2 ts oregano
1/2 lb. pizza cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

Cook lasagna noodles and drain. Brown beef in skillet, add tomatoes, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, oregano, and tomato sauce. In small roaster, alternate layers of noodles, meat, tomato mix, cheese, and mushrooms. Cover with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
