Harvest Rabbit


3 rabbits, disjointed
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 ts. allspice
2 c. pumpkin, diced
2 pkg. frozen, mixed vegetables

Cook rabbit in sm amount of fat, in skillet until brown. Add water to cover. Salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon juice and allspice, bring to boil. Simmer for 1 hr. Remove bones and put rabbit back in skillet. Add pumpkin and vegetables. Simmer for 30-45 min.
