Venison Sausage


2 Tbs. sausage seasonings
2 ts. tender quick
1/4 c. warm water
2 lbs. ground venison (4 cups)

Dissolve seasonings in water. Add venison and mix well. When ready to use, form into patties and fry on low to medium heat. Do not overcook.
Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
