8" pastry shell
2 Tbs. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
6 peaches
1 c. heavy cream
Combine cornstarch and sugar. Sprinkle over bottom
of pastry shell. Arrange peaches in shell, pitted side
up. Pour cream on top. Bake at 425 for 15 min. Reduce
heat to 350 and bake 45 minutes.
